Special needs Ministry
We need people who can start with a simple “hello” and be a friend to a child, student, or adult with special needs.
No Experience is needed, just an open heart. We do vet volunteers and require background checks, Ministry Safe Training, and equip those working with individuals with special needs.
SERVE WITH US
Being a parent, grandparent, or adult sibling caretaker of an individual with special needs is life-changing, and we don’t want you to walk this journey alone.
We invite you to join our Special Needs Care Group, where you can connect with other parents or caregivers who understand and share similar experiences.

We partner with parents to offer support that is tailored to each child’s need whether that is a one-to-one buddy, just sharing information about your child so the team is knowledgeable, an Adaptive Classroom, or offering peer support. We are here to provide the support that allows your child to feel comfortable and participate.

Yes, absolutely. We would love to learn more about your child before their first visit so we can ensure they have a great time and plan for the right support. Please fill out the INCLUSION FORM, and our Special Needs Ministry Director will reach out to you.

We offer respite nights, Sunday Adaptive Classes for those in elementary at 9:30 am and 11 am, and an Adaptive 2 Class at 9:30 for those ages 13 and up, inclusive church events, informational sessions on special needs topics, and more.
