COMMUNITY LIFE TEAMS
Life Group Leader
Life Group Leaders are the backbone of OWCC - leading groups of 6-12 people every week in homes.
Requirements: Training and OWCC Leadership Covenant
Frequency: Once a week, Spring and Fall
Care Group or Class Leader
Support Group/Class Leaders lead 8-15 week courses once or twice a year, at OWCC.
Requirements: Training and OWCC Leadership Covenant

Maybe you’re not quite ready to lead a group on your own. No worries. Join this team and we’ll train you so you’re ready to co-lead!

CREATIVE TEAMs
Worship Team
The Worship Team is passionate about leading others into the presence of God through worship.
Requirements: Audition Process
Frequency: Varies, Thursday night rehearsal required if leading on Sunday
Creative & Production
The Creative and Production Team is responsible for creating, producing, and capturing meaningful worship gatherings.
Requirements: Position-Specific Training

Greeter Team
The Greeter Team is comprised of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to extending hospitality by warmly welcoming and aiding guests.

Cafe Team
Being a part of the Cafe Team involves preparing, brewing coffee, and restocking supplies.
Frequency: Two Sundays per month
Next gen TEAMs
Outer West Buddy Team
The Buddy Team ensures that children with special needs can fully engage and participate in all Outer West Kids environments.
Requirements: Outer West Kids Training

Outer West Students
The Outer West Students Team invests in middle and high schoolers by helping them build a faith that lasts.

Outer West Kids
The Outer West Kids Team is one of the best teams at Outer West! They get to have a blast teaching kids about Jesus.

Operations Team
The Ops Team takes care of our guests by managing building repairs, event preparations, and maintenance.

Prayer Team
The Prayer Team cares for the people of Outer West through intentional prayer on Sundays and throughout the week.
Requirements: Prayer Team Training
Frequency: Two Sundays per month
Safety Team
In collaboration with local first responders on-site, the Safety Team ensures that guests are well-protected, secure, and safe.
