Join Outer West Students over Spring Break as we partner with Praying Pelican Missions to serve alongside local churches and ministries in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
Throughout the week, we'll have opportunities to serve, build relationships, learn from people with different backgrounds and experiences, and see how God is already at work in the community. Our hope is that students will grow in their relationship with Jesus, learn what it looks like to serve others with humility, and come home ready to live out their faith right here in San Antonio.

Dates: March 6–12, 2027
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Who: Outer West Students (6th–12th grade)
Cost: $599 per student
Deposit: $100 due at registration (applied toward the total cost)
Ministry Partner: Praying Pelican Missions
Registration & Application:
There are two steps required to apply for this National Partnership:
Register through Planning Center and submit your $100 deposit, which will be applied toward the total trip cost.
Complete the Managed Missions application, including the required references.
We're using a third-party service called Managed Missions to help students manage their trip information and create personal fundraising pages they can share with family and friends. Once approved, students will be able to set up their own pages to invite others to partner with them through prayer and financial support.

Once your registration, application, and references are submitted, our team will review everything and follow up with next steps. Your $100 deposit will be applied toward the total trip cost.
